THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of telecommunications solutions. With a core focus on Unified Communications, IP Telephony, Contact Centre, Voice and Data Networking and Conferencing technologies, they are ideally positioned in the market and capitalizing on global market conditions.

THE ROLE
Due to continued growth within the automotive business unit, our client is looking to recruit a Head of Global Automotive Accounts (Sales Manager / Sales Director level) to manage the worldwide Automotive Global Accounts team and key relationships with key accounts. You will have overall sales responsibility for developing an international sales team and in-country resources as well as delivering global account strategies and planning in co-operation with C-level executives and in-country sales teams. You will also have responsibility for building the team to achieve account-specific targets. This is an ideal opportunity to be fast-tracked into a Senior VP role based on your success.

THE PERSON
We are looking for a Sales Director / Sales Manager with a demonstrable track record of sales and company leadership in the Automotive market sector. You will currently be working with a leading technology vendor leading sales teams of 5 – 15 people. You will also need a track record of high value, complex solution sales to International / German clients with a technology focus touching Unified Communications, IP Telephony, Contact Centres, Voice and Data Networks or Conferencing. The role requires culturally sensitive candidates with first class leadership and communication / language skills.

SKILLS

• Proven track record in international sales / sales management
• Complete understanding of the enterprise Communications technology sector
• Success track record in leading and motivating sales teams and in personal sales success within the automotive sector.
• Ability to build and manage strategic accounts.
• Results orientated
• Consistently over quota
• Desire to progress career quickly

REMUNERATION
Negotiable for both roles. Range Euro 80,000 – 110,000 Fixed and Euro 50,000 – 60,000 Variable. Plus extensive benefits

Sales Engineer – Mobile Internet Solutions (Russian Speaker based in UK, Germany, Poland or Russia)

SALES ENGINEER – MOBILE INTERNET SOLUTIONS
CENTRAL / EASTERN EUROPE AND RUSSIAN TERRITORY

BASED UK, GERMANY, POLAND or RUSSIA
FLUENT RUSSIAN REQUIRED

Up to £60,000 basic plus bonus and benefits

THE COMPANY
Our client provides technology solutions to mobile network operators to drive the delivery of high-quality, high-performance multimedia content to any mobile device.  An undisputed market leader and innovator they have enjoyed incredible global success and are now looking to hire a Sales Engineer to support sales throughout Central & Eastern Europe and Russia.

SALES ENGINEER ROLE
Reporting to the Global Head of Technical Consulting, you will be part of the Technical Presales Team working closely with the Sales / Account Management teams. As Sales Engineer you will be responsible for running technical presentations and product trials with mobile operators and supporting the entire sales cycle. You will work closely with mobile network operator customers to deliver integrated mobile internet solutions on time and within budget and have a considerable affect of future 2.5G and 3G business success.

SALES ENGINEER SKILLS
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a proven track record performing technical pre-sales in Eastern Europe and specifically in Russia. The role requires the candidate to be fluent in English and Russian, both oral and written.

Technology requirements include:
- TCP/IP skills.
- Data networking using Cisco / Nortel routers and switches, designing and deploying total system solutions.
- Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN) and Gi interface knwoledge.
- Mixture of Unix / Linux admin and network skills.
- Telecoms / mobile background with GSM / UMTS experience.
- Experience working with multiple firewalls / routers / switches within customer networks.
- Either CCIE, CCNP, CCDP, CCNA or CCDA certification would be beneficial.
- SUN & Cisco product knowledge.

You will also possess excellent communication skills (English & Russian) and be comfortable presenting technical solutions to customers and colleagues. As Sales Engineer, you will also need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to travel within EMEA.  The role can be based out of the UK, Germany, Poland or Russia with flexible working.
