The Client
The client is a leading international technology provider focused on the mobile advertising space. The company enjoys financial backing from some of the biggest names in venture capital plus Vodafone and Cisco. Due to continued growth with are looking for Carrier Sales professionals to join the EMEA team.
The Role
Targeting a defined list of mobile telecommunications carriers, you will ensure company and personal objectives are met and exceeded by delivering unique mobile advertising and content infrastructure solutions. You will be focused on developing key relationships with global accounts throughout EMEA and creating mobile media technology solutions. You will be tasked with developing sales strategies and account plans for major mobile carrier accounts and exceeding sales targets.
Skills
- Experience in selling successfully high value, technical products, services and solutions into mobile operators.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in selling to new customers
- Demonstrable proof of continual over performance against set targets.
- Experience in selling to the End-User Environment while working in partnership with other sales channel
- Good interpersonal skills at all levels: Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to handle and express technical concepts, whilst also at the same time remaining sales focussed.
- Strong team player

THE ROLE
Due to continued growth within the automotive business unit, our client is looking to recruit Global Account Directors to manage the worldwide relationships with key German automotive accounts. You will have overall sales responsibility for developing a global account strategy and plan in co-operation with C-level executives and in-country sales teams. You will also have responsibility for building a virtual team to achieve account-specific targets.
THE PERSON
We are looking for someone with a full understanding of the global telecommunications sector. You will currently be working at one of the Unified Communications, IP Telephony, Contact Centre, Voice / Video Conferencing technology vendors OR a large international VAR with a focus on developing key global automotive accounts.
You will possess a proven track record selling telecommunications solutions at C-Level into large international accounts. These roles require culturally sensitive candidates with first class communication / language skills.
SKILLS

We are looking for a Sales Director / Sales Manager with a demonstrable track record of sales and company leadership in the Automotive market sector. You will currently be working with a leading technology vendor leading sales teams of 5 – 15 people. You will also need a track record of high value, complex solution sales to International / German clients with a technology focus touching Unified Communications, IP Telephony, Contact Centres, Voice and Data Networks or Conferencing. The role requires culturally sensitive candidates with first class leadership and communication / language skills.

SALES ENGINEER ROLE
Reporting to the Global Head of Technical Consulting, you will be part of the Technical Presales Team working closely with the Sales / Account Management teams. As Sales Engineer you will be responsible for running technical presentations and product trials with mobile operators and supporting the entire sales cycle. You will work closely with mobile network operator customers to deliver integrated mobile internet solutions on time and within budget and have a considerable affect of future 2.5G and 3G business success.
SALES ENGINEER SKILLS
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a proven track record performing technical pre-sales in Eastern Europe and specifically in Russia. The role requires the candidate to be fluent in English and Russian, both oral and written.
Technology requirements include:
- TCP/IP skills.
- Data networking using Cisco / Nortel routers and switches, designing and deploying total system solutions.
- Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN) and Gi interface knwoledge.
- Mixture of Unix / Linux admin and network skills.
- Telecoms / mobile background with GSM / UMTS experience.
- Experience working with multiple firewalls / routers / switches within customer networks.
- Either CCIE, CCNP, CCDP, CCNA or CCDA certification would be beneficial.
- SUN & Cisco product knowledge.
You will also possess excellent communication skills (English & Russian) and be comfortable presenting technical solutions to customers and colleagues. As Sales Engineer, you will also need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to travel within EMEA. The role can be based out of the UK, Germany, Poland or Russia with flexible working.

Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking for a Product Manager to focus on the continuing development of new mobile device and messaging applications.
THE ROLE
This Product Manager position has full responsibility and accountability for the lifecycle support of mobile device and messaging applications. Working with cross-functional teams, this function performs product planning, product UI design and usability, monitors and reports on market performance, manages trials, and manages delivery of product packaged messaging solutions. In addition this position is responsible for development and distribution of product briefs and training materials.
As Product Manager you will provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams during all phases of lifecycle: UI design, usability, planning, development, introduction, roadmap planning. The Product Manager will be involved with developing and implementing communication plans for the strategic direction of the product, the progress of enhancement, cost reduction, and process improvement projects, and key milestones.
THE PERSON
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a knowledge of mobile email and messaging solutions and experience defining solution and product strategies. Successful Product Manager candidates will have a minimum 5+ years of mobile product management experience. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written, with an ability to select the right approach. Experience managing relationships with external customers and software development suppliers is essential. You will also be a credible team player who can work closely with the Management Team to move the Company Business forward. Project management experience with proven instances of balancing multiple projects and a high workload along with superior negotiating, market research, writing and organisational skills is highly desirable. As Product Manager you will also possess the ability to negotiate roadmaps with software development organisations and Executive teams.
